INGREDIENTS

STEP-1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together the sugar, butter, and egg with a handheld mixer in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

In a separate mixing bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Combing the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture and mix until well combined.

Coat your hands in flour and spread the dough out onto a lightly greased pizza pan to about ¼ inch thickness. Make sure to leave 1-2 inches of clearance around the edge of the pan for the dough to expand.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow to cool. To make the frosting, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, and pineapple juice with a handheld mixer. Once the desired consistency is reached, spread the mixture over the cooled crust.

Add the various fruits in your preferred pattern, making sure to wait right before serving to ensure the freshness of the fruit. To keep bananas from browning, dip them in pineapple juice.

Keep the prepared pizza in the fridge for up to 3 hours until ready to serve.
